One notable awardee was American judge Frank Caprio, who received the ‘Best Positive Social Impact Driver’ award. Frank Caprio, the former Chief Judge of the Municipal Court of Providence in the USA, gained global recognition on social media for his compassionate and equitable rulings, earning him the endearing title of ‘the nicest judge in the world.’
In addition, Tariq Saeed Allay, Director-General of the Sharjah Government Media Bureau, underscored SGCA’s ten-year commitment to raise the bar for public discourse. It also provided a distinctive perspective on how governments are experimenting with audacious plans to improve communication and better serve the needs of people and the environment. The research also attempted to encourage 21st-century governments to engage with their public successfully using cutting-edge and modern communication techniques.
