Officially, Azerbaijan has begun operating nonstop flights between Baku and Lahore. At 11:40 p.m. local time, the inaugural flight is scheduled to touch down at Lahore’s Allama Iqbal International Airport.
Lahore and Baku would initially have two weekly flights operated by AZAL. They have included a smartphone app for ticket buying to make it even more practical for travelers. Additionally, you can purchase tickets on their own website.
A water salute will be given to the first flight from Baku to Lahore upon arrival at Allama Iqbal International Airport. The flight will be greeted by the Ambassador of Azerbaijan and the Interim Minister of Aviation. The inaugural flight carries 80 passengers from Lahore to Baku and 15 passengers from Baku to Lahore.
