The Pakistani Long Range Team won the European Long Range Championship at Bisley, UK, with a historic triumph.
In addition to honoring the country, the team’s accomplishments represented a crucial turning point in Pakistan’s long-range shooting history.
Lieutenant General Ahsan Gulrez and Colonel Junaid Waqas shown their talent and tenacity throughout the competition, winning well-deserved silver medals. On the other hand, Lieutenant Colonel Junaid Ali achieved the highest level of accomplishment by winning a renowned gold medal.
These accomplishments demonstrate Pakistan’s developing skill in long-range shooting and serve as the nation’s first step toward international recognition.
The Pakistani team participated in the European Championship for the first time, shooting in both individual and team competitions against more than 80 international shooters from 12 different countries.
Raja Pervez Ashraf, Speaker of the National Assembly, praised and congratulated the team for their exceptional performance and for further strengthening Pakistan’s position in the international shooting community.
