Injuries to Naseem and Haris are updated by Babar Azam ahead of the World Cup.

Fast bowlers Naseem Shah and Haris Rauf may not be ready for the 2018 ICC Men’s Cricket World Cup, according to Babar Azam, the captain of the Pakistani cricket team. These two athletes suffered minor wounds while playing for Pakistan in the Asia Cup Super Four against India. Due to their inability to participate in Pakistan’s game against Sri Lanka, they were eliminated from the competition.
Naseem and Rauf were replaced in this game by relatively inexperienced players Zaman Khan and Shahnawaz Dahani. Khan and Dahani might be considered for the World Cup if the injured pair is unable to make a full recovery in time.

Teams participating in the World Cup have until September 28 to submit their 15-player squads to the ICC. After this date, they can only make changes with permission from the event organizers.
