At first, Pakistan had the upper hand, but Qatar rallied to win the opening set. Pakistan, however, was able to retake the initiative and claim victory in the third set. Qatar prevailed in the fourth set despite their best efforts, with scores of 24-26, 19-25, 25-23, and 18-25.
