A devoted female supporter of Pakistani cricketer Iftikhar Ahmed from India named Heer was included in a popular interview video before the eagerly awaited World Cup 2023.
Heer, who is currently a resident of Dubai but is originally from Punjab, India, was wearing an Indian team shirt and was holding a poster of her favorite player when the interview began. She fervently expressed her love for Ahmed, even calling him “Chacha” (uncle), a moniker he frequently used by with the national team.
Heer lovingly referred to him as “Iftikhar janu” to indicate her intense adoration and affection, despite the fact that others saw him as an uncle figure.
