For the Asian Games in Hangzhou, Pakistan has sent four strong badminton players to China. Pakistan will be represented in the women’s category by Mahoor Shahzad and Ghazala Siddique, and in the men’s category by Irfan Saeed and Murad Ali.
Having won the U-16 and U-19 championships, Ghazala Siddique is a true champion. She demonstrated her talent and work ethic by winning the bronze medal at the South Asian Games. It makes sense that she is incredibly proud to represent Pakistan at the Asian Games in 2023 in China.
The male Pakistani competitors did well and won the Men’s Badminton Group D preliminary matches. They are now concentrating on improving their gaming talents through training in order to perform even better in the next contests. I wish them luck as they get ready.
