At an upcoming career fair, Dubai’s RTA will provide 200 job opportunities for UAE citizens.

At the upcoming job fair specifically for UAE citizens, Dubai’s Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) plans to offer 200 career opportunities in a range of technical and scientific areas. The ‘Ru’ya – Careers UAE Redefined 2023’ event will take place at the Dubai World Trade Center from September 19 to 21. The RTA hopes to draw graduates and talents from the Emirati nation to enhance its workforce. Over 15,000 people are expected to attend, and they are expected to be looking for work, networking opportunities, and skill development.

Emiratisation plan:

The RTA’s involvement in the job fair demonstrates its commitment to the Emiratisation plan, a government program aiming at boosting the proportion of UAE citizens in the labor force. Fresh graduates from universities, colleges, and other educational institutions as well as seasoned Emirati professionals in a variety of jobs are drawn to the event. The RTA is dedicated to creating a work environment that emphasizes creativity and accuracy in task performance, encourages ongoing learning and training, and places a priority on fostering and growing UAE talent.

Positions are available in a variety of sectors, including engineering, data science, urban planning, IT security, and specialized skills in rail and transportation, according to the RTA. At the RTA booth, experts from the Human Resources and Development Department will be on hand to assist and conduct interviews. Applicants can register online or select in-person interviews.

Empower Her: ‘Empower Her’ is a specific space created to encourage female job seekers, and it is a major addition to this year’s job fair. This effort will include mentoring and workshop sessions run by professionals who are familiar with the particular difficulties faced by women in the employment market. It demonstrates the RTA’s dedication to women’s economic empowerment and full participation in the workforce.

By providing 200 job openings to UAE citizens at the “Ru’ya – Careers UAE Redefined 2023” job fair, Dubai’s RTA is significantly increasing the size of its staff. The RTA is well-positioned to draw and develop top talent as it continues to play a crucial role in determining the future of transportation and infrastructure in the UAE with a focus on Emiratisation, skill development, and women’s empowerment. Job seekers are urged to attend this exciting event to learn more about great job opportunities with the RTA, either through online registration or in-person interviews.
