Google Search Updates for 2023
Google’s search algorithms are being improved with core upgrades in order to deliver more accurate and helpful search results.

Google also released product review updates in February and April, however the most recent core change was in March 2023.

Coincidentally, Google updated its Search Central documentation to state that it indexes CSV files a few days after the August core update’s release.

What Website Owners Should Do Next
Google emphasized that pages affected by major revisions aren’t always bad. The computational changes are aimed at enhancing the system’s overall content evaluation.

In reaction to changes in search rankings, Google continues to advise website owners to concentrate on high-quality content.

Those that see a drop in traffic may think about performing an audit to determine which pages and for what kinds of queries were most affected.

Google also stated that ranking changes could not happen right away even if your website is improved.

For companies relying on retaining online exposure, keeping up with the most recent information regarding Google algorithm updates and tracking the effects of each through website analytics is essential.
